Persepsi Perempuan Bireuen terhadap Rancangan Qanun Poligami di Aceh (Analisis Menurut Teori Self Perception)

This research was conducted in Bireuen Regency, Aceh 2021 using a qualitative descriptive method based on field self-perception theory approach. serves to analyze how women's perceptions regarding the draft qanun family law polygamy were initiated by provincial government through Islamic Shari'a Service and discussed at legislative level August 2019. The number of informants this study 100 women who taken as samples. 6 sub-districts out 17 Regency. Informants classified into three social classes consisting religious, bureaucrats, business people. results show that negative regulation are influenced empirical stimuli stigma society, where is attributed betrayal male domination household. However, after knowing substance qanun, their perception drastically changed. 60% agree because they perceive regional can strengthen existing polygamy. Meanwhile, 40% motivate husband decision Sharia Court give permission for if wife sick. 5% antipathy any issues, even regulations
